In God's Green Earth

A farmer has gone missing in the forest. Tracks lead to a small hill with a stone brick doorway protruding from it. The bricks are ancient and moss-covered. What is growing deep within the earth?

The numbered rooms have written descriptions, the other are meant to be filled in with the random encounter table. This dungeon is meant for low level adventurers but not much consideration has been given to "balance."

Minimal 5th edition stats are included for creatures. See screenshots for an example.
